-How old must you be to enter?
Joy District: We welcome those that are 21+ and require a valid state issued form of identification (Driver’s license, State ID or Passport) as proof of age to enter. Joy District reserves the right to refuse admission to any customer who cannot produce a valid ID and reserves the right to request a second form of identification should the first form be unclear or unacceptable.

A valid form of federal or state issued ID (Driver’s license, State ID or Passport) is required as proof of age in order to enter the venue

Joy District does not charge a set amount for cover; rather the cost of cover varies by day of the week and time of day.
-What is the table minimum?

-How do I book a table?
All seated areas are available for bottle service and can be reserved with a required minimum liquor spend. To book a table and for additional reservation inquiries, please email email@example.com or call us at 312-651-3979.

-How do I retrieve a lost item?
Please contact us by phone: with your full name, date of visit and a full description of the lost belongings. The more information the better will assist us to hopefully find the lost belongings!
If belongings are found, pick up hours coincide with our normal venue hours.

-What birthday or special event promotions do you offer?
Our wristband deals for special events are perfect for birthday parties and other larger group celebrations!
We offer wristband packages at $45 per person plus tax/tip for 2 hours or
$60 per person plus tax/tip for 3 hours. This wristband deal includes well-cocktails, beer, wine, and hard seltzers.
